Polyurethane-based adhesives, nylon, polyester and polyolefin formulas adhere to virtually any substrate, such as fabrics, foams, plastics, and other composites and combinations. Our sales and technical service staff are able to provide both standard and custom solutions to each customer, from engineered films and adhesives for the apparel industry to formulas for high-tech composites used in the automotive, architectural and aerospace industries. Depending on the strength of the bond required, the environmental conditions and the cost, you can select the ideal formula for your application. We offer a wide range of softening temperatures (from 66°C to 147°C) and gauges (thicknesses) to ensure that our one-half mil and 40 mil adhesive films work well with your manufacturing equipment and processes. Our adhesive films not only provide the adhesion needed, they often perform additional design functions in the finished product by providing a seamless look, an improved hand, sound insulation or fire retardation.
