Techniks offers a variety of aggregate heads to speed up
CNC router operations. Simply load these heads into your
tool-changer to combine routing, drilling, sawing, and mortising operations.
These aggregrate heads are available for HSK, BT, and ISO spindles.

“Aggregate heads enable CNC routers to perform tasks they could not do before, like shaping, sawing, and drilling at difficult angles”, according to Daniel Darosett, Sales Manager at Techniks. The Techniks aggregate heads are available with one, two, or four outputs. The single output “Vario” head can adjust to any angle from 0˚ to 100˚ and perform difficult angled operations. All the heads can rotate 360˚ on the Z axis and operate at speeds up to 15,000 RPM. A wide variety of output options including ER25 and ER32 collets and saw spindles are available.
