Our insert heads will save you time and money in applications where consistent profiles are needed over very long runs. Set these heads up once and there are no further adjustments. When the first cutting edge becomes dull, flip the left head to the right side and the right side to the left side and you're ready to continue. No machine adjustment needed. When second edge becomes dull, rotate the insert and continue cutting. When the third edge becomes dull, switch the heads to original side and continue cutting. Minimal time between switch over.
