Composite Diamond Coatings (CDC) offer superhard wear protection for metal surfaces – line of sight not required. CDC is comprised of high quality micron diamond in a corrosion resistant matrix that uniformaly applies to complex shapes without buildup on edges, corners or inner diamters. CDC has strong adhesion to metals and excellent mechanical properties, such as low friction and surface roughness.
