BOLTON EMERSON AMERICAS TL-1060 THERMAL LAMINATOR

The BEA TL-1060 is a continuous thermal laminating system capable of laminating hot melt coated papers and foils to both sides of a substrate simultaneously. Laminating speeds from 30 to over 100 feet per minute are achievable. The paper or foils are heat-fused to substrates between heated steel rolls up to 380 degrees F with a combining force of over 405 PLI. Adjustable lead-in board guide included. The TL-1060 features process heating by steam rather than troublesome thermal fluids, guaranteeing freedom from laminating roll “hot spots”. Unlike thermal fluids, steam provides rapid roll heating and consistently accurate temperatures over the entire laminating surface of the rolls at speeds up to and over 100 fpm.
