Innovative, horizontal band saw specially designed for fast, accurate cutting and machining of thermoformed plastic parts.
Available with worktable dimensions from 700 to 1,550 mm width (27.56” to 61.02”) x 500 to 800 mm height (19.69” to 31.50”). Up to 300 mm (11.81”) maximum cutting height optional.
Maximum band saw speed of 1,200 meters/minute (3937’/min).
Extremely rigid, welded steel monobloc structure.
Isopolyurethane-coated steel conveyor belt provides solid adherence to workpiece.
