Allowing you to make perfect templates from scratch in as little as 12 minutes.

Each system includes CAD, scanner, bits plastic and a moulding library of 450 moulding profiles.

Scan your wood samples into the CAD program (or use your own CAD program), then trace over the scanned image. Once it is traced, the drawing is saved in your CAD program for use in the future and for adding to the moulding library.

Optionally you can add the AutoSHOE option. The AutoSHOE gives you the ability to use the same drawing of the template, but manufacture a counter profile pressure shoe from a block of nylon. The pressure shoe is used to hold down difficult to handle mouldings as they come out of the moulder (for example an uneven crown moulding).

The AutoSHOE option is compatible with all newer moulders.
