•Bin Type: Rapid Discharge, complete cleaning
•Construction: All steel, prefabricated, bolted assembly, structurally reinforced panels, 12ga. upper side panels and end walls, 10 ga. lower side panels and hopper at 70.5° slope.
•Columns: Wide flange steel beams.
•Gate Control: Two 4-1/2” diameter x 24” stroke cylinders with four way valve, 1/2” ports, complete plumbing for cylinders and valve control handle.
•Power Unit: 15HP TEFC electric motor. 230/460 volt -3 phase, 15 GPM hydraulic pump filter, 25 gallon capacity reservoir.
•Access: OSHA approved ladders with safety cages, expanded metal walkway with handrail and toe plate.
