EB60V remote adjust edgebanding slot nozzles provide the ability to control coating widths from as far away as 30.5 meters (100 feet) with an accuracy of 0.018 millimeters (0.0007 inches). Coating widths can be adjusted up to 60 millimeters (2.4 inches). An alternative to traditional open glue roller systems, the edgebanding application heads of the EB60V closed system are designed to apply adhesives such as EVA, polyolefins and polyurethanes (PUR) with precise temperature control.
