SureFoam Dispensing System
The Nordson® SureFoam™ dispensing system provides a simple process to produce foamed hot melt adhesive using the handgun systems commonly found in production of cabinet drawers. The SureFoam system mixes hot melt adhesive with inert gas to create a closed-cell foam. The resultant foam provides numerous benefits including reduction of adhesive consumption by up to 50% depending on adhesive type and improved gap filling to improve bond strength. Used for either traditional or foamed adhesive dispensing, Nordson handgun systems are designed to be durable and provide operator comfort and ease-of-use.
